Photographer & Client Guidelines
Thank you for choosing our flower farm as your backdrop! We’re delighted to welcome you and your clients to our space. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring environment for your photography, while protecting the privacy and well-being of our home and farm.
Please take a few moments to review these guidelines, and kindly make sure your guests are aware of them as well.
1. Session Rates
- Initial After-Hours Limited Access Session: $75 for the first hour (per photographer)
- No more than 3 photographers will be scheduled at one time
- Additional Time: $25 per additional 30-minute increment
- During Our Regular Open Hours: $50 per 60 minutes
- Thursdays 4-7, Saturdays & Sundays 8-4
- Additional Time: $25 per additional 30-minute increment
2. Time & Arrival Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for parking and setup.
- All equipment, clients, and vehicles should be packed and off the property within 10 minutes after the session ends.
- Sessions extending beyond the reserved time will be billed in 30-minute increments at $25 per half hour.
Thank you for being mindful of your scheduled time. This helps us keep everything running smoothly for all photographers.
3. After-Hours Limited Access Session
- Sessions outside of regular business hours must be reserved and paid for in advance and with the date and time approved by the farm owner. Either email to check availability, or check out on the website with your preferred date and time. If there is a conflict, you will be notified within minutes.
- The initial after-hours session fee is $75 per photographer/client for the first hour, with $25 per additional 30-minute increments.
- We schedule no more than three photographers per time slot to keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Please be considerate of others while using the space.
4. Property Use & Flower Policy
- Flowers may be incorporated into your session with prior arrangement. We’re happy to discuss flower-picking options if you’re interested!
- Outside flowers, arrangements, or props containing flowers may not be brought onto the property.
- Please stay in designated areas and avoid stepping in planted beds, irrigation zones, greenhouses, farm buildings, pastures, or animal pens without permission.
We truly appreciate your help in keeping the farm beautiful and safe for everyone.
5. Responsibility & Liability
- Everyone on the property is responsible for their own behavior and safety.
- The booking photographer is responsible for sharing farm policies with clients and guests and monitoring conduct during the session.
- The farm is not responsible for injury, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property.
- Any damage to flowers, landscaping, structures, fencing, or equipment may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the booking photographer or client.
We ask all visitors who we share our space with to treat it with care, respect, and professionalism. Thank you for helping us preserve the peace and beauty of this place we call home!
