Scandinavian woven deer ornaments are a beloved holiday craft rooted in Nordic tradition, where handmade decorations are cherished for their simplicity, natural beauty, and symbolism. Made from thin wood veneer, these ornaments celebrate both the forest wildlife of the North and the artistry of weaving.
Once woven, the deer can be embellished with ribbons, tiny bells, or painted details. A loop of string or twine makes them easy to hang on a Christmas tree, a wreath, or to use as garland or to decorate gifts.
Scandinavian woven deer ornaments bring warmth, texture, and a touch of old-world magic to the holidays. Included are the supplies to make two ornaments (one in class and one to take home to make) and instruction along with the promise of a lovely afternoon! Perfect for all skill levels ages 13 and older. Within 14 days of the workshop, tickets are non-refundable; however, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place!
